Making Sense by Distinction, Dialogue Text Context
The Happening is made sense of by distinction. Distinctions made in happening are Aspects of Reality. Distinction separates an aspect of a happening from the rest.
In happening, distinction yields two aspects, what is distinguished and what is distinguished from or distinguished off. The first one you can call the text, the other context. Aspectification of Reality yields Context~Text division, binomial ensembles of Context~Text duality. It happens that Reality can be made sense of in terms of these dual ensembles.
Context and Text are distinctions that let us speak about the ways Reality interacts with itself by revealing ways in which aspects of Reality happen on each other. Meaningful distinctions of Text and Context are characterized by dialogue. Dialogue is what happens between them. Meaningful distinctions reveal dialogue, enable dialogue, afford dialogue, invite dialogue. Dialogue is meaningful happening among aspects of Reality. Any aspect of Reality can serve as Context or Text. It is an aspect of Text that it happens in Context. Context surrounds the Text and is indispensable to make sense of it. Itself a happening, Text can be further apprehended in terms of Context and Text. Happenings between Context and Text are dialectical. Dialectics refers to ways of happening informed by two aspects of Reality. That which happens in Context happens in a dialectical way.
