Using Awareness To Inhabit a Moment
-
I inhabit a moment/situation/scene with my awareness to the extent I find it meaningful. When I connect with the external world or when I disconnect from it and make a turn inward, I am reflexively attesting a judgement of how meaningful I find the moment/scene/situation to be.
Aspects of the situation I’m immersed in have meaning to the extent I perceive them to be available or 'open' to me, to the extent they 'are there' for me, to the extent their purpose considers me. I perceive aspects of a situation as available to me to the extent they invite my engagement. Aspects of the situation I’m immersed in have meaning to the extent they cooperate with my purposes.
