Did ChatGPT give the Internet a 'voice'?

The moment came in 2022, barely three years away from the 30th anniversary of the Public Internet. The SF-based computer research organization by name OpenAI released 'ChatGPT'. For the thirst time, people everywhere started interacting with the mass computer network in a way that feels 'human', without there being a human on the other side. The computer became something that you could interact and confide with in a seemingly human way.
