Thoughts and Mind
Thoughts and mind can be covered separately than feeling and perception because they are those aspects of human experience that we do not see in other animals capable of experience. Thoughts and mind are responsible for humankind's distinct sense of awakeness and awareness of experience. What is important to keep in mind, however, is that thoughts and mind are not different than feeling and perception, they are all aspects of one single process happening at once. This single process is the phenomenon of aesthesis-experience.
Thought is a distinct mode of feeling — it is a 'recursive' feeling, something you perceive about the feeling itself. Thought is a feeling of reflexion. This is the human sense of consciousness, a meta-sense of awareness about the experience phenomenon itself. The field where thought appears in your experience is what people call the mind. You can think of your mind as a subset or an aspect of your total field of perception, the place where thoughts appear. Going in a circle, you can now inflict the concept of 'mind' onto the concept of thought and say that the nature of thought is mental.
