Affordance (Potential, Susceptibility)

Affordance as susceptibility to human action, human engagement. More specifically, affordance as modal susceptibility to human engagement. Modal engagement (picking, pressing, pulling). Modal engagement is “engagement by means of...”, a particular mode of engagement — specified, patterned in particular way.

Affordance as an 'appeal to engage', a built-in call to action that leads to enaction. Affordance as openness and invitation to begin and continue functional dialogue between aspects of Reality.
